Available at all levels and various locations within the station, these can be pushed in and pulled down to activate an alarm in case of a fire, alerting Metro staff to take immediate action.

Located on the lift at each platform level, pressing this button stops the train from entering or exiting the platform during emergencies on the tracks.

Passenger Help Points

Two help points are available on each platform, at both ends. Pick up the handset to immediately connect with station staff for assistance during emergencies.

Emergency Call Buttons (Trains)

Four call buttons are available in each coach and twelve in every train. Press and hold the button to communicate with the train operator (driver) for emergency support.
