Lost & Found

Hyderabad Metro Rail advises passengers to stay mindful of their belongings during the journey.

If you lose an item, visit the Customer Care Centre at any station or call +91 40– 2333 2555 to report it. Found items are stored in our Lost & Found office for 90 days. You can claim them by providing complete details, valid ID, and supporting documents

Unclaimed items may be donated to NGOs after 90 days. Important IDs, such as passports or driving licenses, are handed over to the police and must be retrieved through them.

We’ll do our best to reunite you with your belongings.

Passenger Charter

We request our passengers to observe user guidelines formulated by Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) experts. The charter is available at all Metro train stations.

Our Commitment

We follow a ‘No Tolerance’ policy for all kinds of criminal activity and we work closely with local law enforcement authorities to ensure that the safety of our stations, trains and passengers are never compromised. Our customer service staff are also deployed on trains, platforms and stations. Metro trains are constantly monitored by surveillance cameras. Train operators and passengers can use the Emergency Help Buttons installed inside the Metro train for any emergency.
